Two tips for maintaining and losing weight

Two tips for maintaining and losing weight.

1. Continue to challenge yourself with new goals.
Now that you've mastered one of the toughest challenges
you'll ever face by getting serious and joining us at
www.SkinnyMeUp.com, stay on your toes by setting new goals.
It doesn't have to be related to weight loss.

Achieving both short-term and long-term goals will help
you keep your confidence level high and that's really
important at this stage of the game.

2. Stay educated. Take healthy-cooking classes, go to
health seminars and participate in fitness fairs.
Surround yourself with reminders of what living a healthy
life really means.
Also make sure you drinking enough pH water.

So many weight loss patients forget to drink enough
water. If you'll just drink 90 ounces of water a day,
(I know that's a lot of water for some but you have to
remember, you want to lose weight and this is easy if
you think about that) you'll help yourself maintain and
lose weight. It really gets easier if you just follow
the tips I'm giving you in my emails.

Your Friend - Brian

P.S. Make sure you share these emails with your friends.
I'll be giving you two more tips next week in my
next email. Be watching for it.
P.P.S. Just had another female break the 14 pound weight
loss in just her first week!  Stay the course.

P.P.P.S. Ask us about our pH water samples ;D

TRICKY WEIGHT GAIN SECRET #1

Can't seem to lose those last few pounds?

Or are you gaining weight as the years go on? Keep reading this post to discover the sneaky ways you might be gaining weight without even knowing it, plus tips for curbing bad eating habits. We can help, click here.

Weight loss tips: 1

Admit it:

No matter how many times you read about how overindulging in fat, protein or carbs can make you gain weight, you still can't perfectly balance your diet.

Well, join the club, because as much as we try to stay on the straight and narrow, slip-ups happen, including the ones you don't realize you're making.

With that in mind here is the first of some overlooked ways people unknowingly gain weight.

Here is the first common offender.

1. Eating when you're not hungry.

Why does this make you gain weight?

There's something about sitting in front of a TV, office computer or restaurant table that brings on the urge to chew, even if you've just finished eating.

Distraction.

When you finish a meal, brush your teeth.

Taking this small step means you'll be less likely to want to dirty them. You can also try chewing sugar-free gum to keep
your jaw busy, or keep food out of your view completely.

As for restaurant dining, ask your server to remove food from the table once you've had your fill. You're more likely to overeat if there's a basket of bread or half-eaten plate of pasta sitting out.

I'll give you another tip in the next blog post.
